ICE (Intentional Community Evangelism) will be a major thrust of the ministry efforts of Colorado Baptists during the Democratic National Convention August 25-29.  CBGC church members are invited to join the teams coming in from around the country to help with this evangelistic event.

ALPHARETTA, GA (BP) -- More than 3,000 Southern Baptist churches have registered commitments to develop an intentional and comprehensive missions strategy through the Acts 1:8 Challenge.

Army of volunteers sets renovation record in New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS (BP) -- While many of their peers were seekign sunny beaches for spring break, nearly 1,000 high school and college students from across the U.S. devoted their mid-term vacations to help New Orleans residents take additional steps of recovery from 2005's Hurricane Katrina.

In cooperation with International Evangelism Association, the CBGC offers training in One to One Discipleship methodology. This process multiplies the number of disciples in the church. When disciples are trained, it results in more mature believers in Christ, who will in turn reach others. This vastly expands a congregation's ability to reach others for Christ.
