Seeking God in Prayer
Prayer prepares the ground for the seed of the Gospel and maintains dependence on God. “Before they call I will answer; while they are still speaking I will hear.” Isaiah 65:24 In an effort to fulfill our vision and live our core values, the Prayer and Evangelism Team seeks to lead Colorado Baptists to maintain an absolute dependency on God through prayer, provide intercessory prayer support, training, and resources so that we will penetrate lostness under the guidance and empowerment of the Holy Spirit, the certainty of God’s will, leading and presence, and the humility of needing Him in all we do. The Team offers conferencing, consulting, and workshops on developing a stronger prayer ministry within your ministry setting. Some common workshops include:
