As I write this email, we are in our final day (Oct 23-Nov 6) of ministry here in Baton Rouge, LA.  Two teams are out working on their last jobs for this deployment. The KS/NE Feeding Team is doing an inventory of the feeding supplies for the incoming teams later this weekend.  Our IMT (Incident Management team) are finalizing all the files for our afternoon transition meeting with Louisiana officials.

I have attached a couple of the many pictures taken while here on deployment. Seems like we just arrived, but it has already been two weeks. So now as our states head home, CBDR will be preparing to go and work on the fire ash-out in the Beulah area near Pueblo.

Here are the SBDR stats as they appear on the Baton Rouge IMT board:

Day: 76

Total Jobs: 1662

Assessed: 1661

Completed: 1627

Jobs remaining: 28

Salvations: 31
Some other SBDR teams will be arriving this Sunday and over the next few weeks to finish up the remaining jobs. This evening our teams will be going out to dinner to give the cooks a break!  Please pray for safe travel for- CA, UT/ID, MO

Please pray for our CBDR and KS/NE teams as we will be departing tomorrow morning at 6:30 a.m. to arrive home on Sunday evening.  (We have missed a lot of what is going on in the world as we have not had much contact with the outside news etc.)

We all appreciate your prayers for us as we have been here in Baton Rouge BRINGING: Help, Healing and Hope.
