Dallas Speight is the director of Chaplaincy and Pastoral Care. An ordained minister, he has served as a pastor and associate pastor in churches in both Florida and Louisiana. He has also served as the Director of Pastoral Services for Baptist Health Care in Pensacola, FL.

Prior to coming to Colorado, Dallas served at LifeWay Christian Resources and was responsible for the LeaderCare Retreats (formerly Wounded Ministers Retreats).

Dallas is a certified chaplain and a licensed professional counselor, as well as a U.S. Army Reserve Chaplain. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bob Jones University, Greenville, S.C. He earned a Master of Divinity degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, New Orleans, LA., and a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Human Development from Troy State University, Troy, AL., and a Doctorate of Ministry degree from Columbia Theological Seminary, Decatur, GA.
