1440 Leadership Conference

Every day there are 1,440 minutes.  How are you making every moment count?

Youth ministry is definitely a puzzle and the key to a successful youth ministry is getting all the pieces in the right place. It doesn't matter if it's finding leaders or choosing what study you'll do if the right pieces don't fall into place you will never see growth. This conference at its core is designed to help youth leaders use what little time they have get all the pieces in the right place…

According to Jim Burns, author of Uncommon Youth Ministry, the average church youth ministry in America has 12 students in it, and it's run by 1(one!) adult volunteer. (taken from www.thesource4ym.com)

So many youth leaders are balancing the pieces of ministry with the pieces of life and don’t have time, resources or finance to attend a national youth workers meeting…why not bring that quality training and resources to youth leaders in our region! By providing a forum for youth leaders, paid and volunteer to come and learn in a regional environment we are better stewards of Kingdom resources and more effective at creating viable ministry in our region. By providing ministry leadership training to students it builds ownership of local ministry and ownership of individual student’s faith.

1440 Leadership Conference is for youth leaders and student leaders in the Rocky Mountain Region.  This training is sponsored by the Student Ministry/Evangelism ministries of the Arizona, Colorado, Kansas/Nebraska, and New Mexico Southern Baptist Conventions as well as the North American Mission Board and Lifeway Christian Resources.
